Refund and Return Policy

Overview
At Three Bridges Racing (TBR), we strive to provide high-quality products to our customers. Due to the limited nature of our merchandise and the costs associated with small operations, we maintain a return and refund policy that reflects our commitment to both customer satisfaction and responsible business practices.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:
    • Digital products (e.g., downloadable software or media)
    • Gift cards
    • Items marked as final sale or clearance
    • Worn or washed apparel

To complete your return, proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Restocking Fees

Due to our small operational size, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns to cover processing and restocking costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email at admin@threebridgesracing.com of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. The item must be unused and in its original condition. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at admin@threebridgesracing.com with your order details and a description of the issue.


Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. If your return is approved, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without a tracking number.


Late or Missing Refunds


If you have not received your refund after receiving a confirmation from us, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. If you’ve followed the above steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at admin@threebridgesracing.com.

Final Sale and Clearance Items

Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
